MWCA Annual Conference
February 6th – February 9th, 2023
Delta Hotel Helena Colonial
The 2023 MWCA Annual Conference will be held in Helena, MT at Delta Hotel Marriot Helena Colonial. There is a block of rooms setup for the conference under the Montana Weed Control Association or MWCA, the block ends on January 15th, 2023. The cost of rooms with the block will be $167 per night and that will include a breakfast voucher ticket. To book a room call 406-443-2100.
Blocks of rooms at state rate are also reserved at Baymont Hotel (406) 443-1000; LaQuinta Inn (406) 449-4000; Howard Johnson (406) 443-2300; Ramada Inn (406) 442-1770. Block reservations expire 2-3 weeks prior to the conference, please plan accordingly.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees will be refunded at 25% if cancellation is received after December 25th, 2022, to cover MWCA’s costs. After January 22nd, 2023, NO refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are allowed at no charge. Registered attendees who do not attend the conference but have not submitted a cancellation request will be invoiced for the whole registration fee. No refunds or adjustments to fees will be made for late arrivals, early departures or missed meals. Weather related refunds will only occur if a government agency declares emergency travel only.
